Long-Term Leadership at Hudson

Jul 30, 2024Blog

At Hudson Behavioral Health, our staff works as one to support our patients in the earliest stages of their recovery. Many members of our leadership team have been with the organization for more than a decade, and attribute their tenure to continued opportunities for growth, a family-like work environment, and the rewarding nature of the job.

Director of Admissions Shiela Pullen, who has been with the organization for 25 years, says, “I love working at Hudson because I feel like I’m part of a big family. We all care about our patients and try to do our best by them every day. Hudson is rapidly growing and there are opportunities here for advancement, both personally and professionally.”

In order to attract and retain top talent we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits. They include generous paid leave, health, dental and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, 403B retirement with a 4% match, an employee assistance program, employee awards program and a gym reimbursement.

Our Director of Nursing Joyce Parsons has been with Hudson for 19 years. “I have a long history with Hudson, and it has always felt like home to me. The recovery process is an essential part of my life, and I believe that I can only keep what I have by giving back,” says Parsons. “Hudson offers me the opportunity to be of service to my patients and witness their growth and development as they walk the road of recovery.”

Leah Evans, our Director of Compliance & Quality Assurance, has been with the organization for 16 years and witnessed significant growth. “Over the years, I’ve seen a huge transformation at Hudson. When I first joined, our staff was significantly smaller, about 75% less than today. Similarly, our properties have expanded from six to eleven, reflecting our organization’s evolution and increasing impact.”

We are seeking the next great leaders to serve our organization. If you are interested in a career where you can feel that you’re making a difference, explore your options on our Careers Page.
